I was initially upset about the quality when I found out that the feet were actually pieces of plastic that you screw in. Also, the leather is very thin. HOWEVER, once we put it together and put it in place we were sold. It looks great, it is very comfortable.
One word of caution: It was MUCH larger than I thought. I took the couch measurement to be the whole length of the back, when in actuality It did not include the Chaise end. So when we put it together it was 3 ft. longer than we had planned for. Luckily it still fit and now our whole family can hang out in comfort! So, just pay attention to the dimensions and realize you are adding the chaise width to the sofa length.

Assembly was only a little tricky at first. It definitely helps to have two people working on it!

I received this couch yesterday. Shipping was really fast (I got it in about 5 days) and I went to YouTube to watch the set-up video from BobKona and that made it really easy to assemble. Assembly was a piece of cake and I hate doing any sort of assembling. Couch looks like a million bucks but needs to get broken in, it's a little hard at first. Again, this couch looks good and for $785 +free shipping it's a no brainer!

We bought this sofa to use in our library/game room. We wanted a dark leather to fit into the library mood, but not a too expensive one since it will also be the game room to our son and his friends and there may be frequent food and drinks spillage. This sofa looks great!!!! When you put it together you notice it is not a high quality furniture, but when it is up, it looks great!!!! It looks expensive!!! It is very comfortable to sit in, it is a great size. It is already the favorite reading spot after just a few days. The ottoman has storage in it. I am very, very happy with the purchase. It was a great buy and a great price. I can highly recommend it!!!!

Item arrived in 3 reasonably constructed boxes. This made it easier for me to get the sofa inside my 2nd story home. I had original tried to purchase a sectional locally, only to go through the hassle of needing to return it back - because it would not fit. So the flatpacking in 3 boxes made it possible for me to get a full size inside up the stairs and around a corner into my house.

Putting the couch together took about an hour and a half on my own, nothing too bad. Assembly was simple enough - though the instructions were sub-par.

Build quality is average - I would give the item 5 stars if it was just a little more solidly constructed. The wooden frame is obviously made a little on the cheap end, and the way it gets put together could be designed a bit better to give it a more sturdy feel.

I received the sofa with in 5 days of ordering. It was fairly simple to put together although the included instructions were of no help. The sofa cushions are hard and actualy have springs inside of them so sometimes it can be uncomfortable. Over all for the price it was a good buy. Also I found the materal to be cheap. I have had microfiber sofa's before and this materal seems more of a cotton like microfiber. It look's good, but upon close inspection you can tell it's not the best materal. I think if you have young children, like I do then something like this is a good buy. You wont mind in in a couple of years it need to be replaced.

This couch is a piece of junk. After owning ours for only a few months, the couch cushions started to deteriorate. There are spots in the cushion that are concave already. Pay the extra money to buy something good quality. Sure it's more money, but at least you'll have the couch for a long time.

I purchased this sofa for my son for work (he is 21 mos. old). He comes with me to work everyday and started refusing to nap in his pack-n-play, so I began looking for something for him to take his nap with. I found this and thought it was a great idea, with a dual purpose. My son loves the couch, and uses it everyday. I would recommend to anyone.
